Job Description
We are seeking a client-focused Account Manager with an existing book of clients to join our team. This commission-based role is perfect for someone who thrives on client success, relationship building, and driving revenue growth in the dynamic world of DeFi, managing relationships across our DeFi platform and Luxembourg-based fund.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients from your existing network, covering both platform and fund solutions
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring exceptional service and engagement for each client
- Upsell and cross-sell YieldCube's DeFi products to maximize client value across our offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored strategies and presentations for clients
- Stay updated on DeFi and investment trends to provide clients with informed insights
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to understand their evolving needs and suggest relevant products
- Be flexible to promote both the startup and the Luxembourg fund, tailoring approaches to fit client profiles
