Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist with an existing client base to join our team on a commission basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about DeFi, skilled at building partnerships, and ready to leverage their network to promote YieldCube's DeFi products and Luxembourg-based fund offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing client network to introduce YieldCube's DeFi products and Luxembourg-based fund
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for both our startup platform and regulated fund
  • Act as a YieldCube ambassador at industry events, promoting both startup and fund offerings
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create compelling sales pitches and materials
  • Stay informed on DeFi trends, client needs, and competitors to inform strategies
  • Manage end-to-end relationships, from initial contact through to ongoing engagement and account growth
  • Be flexible in selling various DeFi products, adapting strategies for different client segments

Requirements

experience:
Minimum of 3 years in business development with an existing client book, ideally in finance, tech, or blockchain
skills:
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
knowledge:
Strong understanding of DeFi, or a passion for learning about blockchain and decentralized technologies
other:
Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and handle multiple products
