Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to develop and grow YieldCube's presence in the GCC and MENA investment markets. This role is crucial in driving investment into our Luxembourg-registered fund as well as managing custom projects for high-net-worth clients and institutional investors. The ideal candidate will have a solid network of investors in the region and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing investment sales organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive investment into the YieldCube Fund and custom client projects across the GCC and MENA regions.
  • Leverage your existing book of investors to generate a minimum of $150,000 in new investments per month after the initial 2-month ramp-up period, and $150,000 in total during the first two months.
  • Build and lead a high-performing remote sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and growth targets.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with placement agents, family offices, HNWIs, and institutional investors.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to refine our product offerings and tailor them to meet the needs of the GCC and MENA markets.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate reporting of sales activities and results, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.

Requirements

experience:
Minimum of 5 years working with placement agents and in building and leading investment sales organizations.
network:
A well-established book of investors in the GCC and MENA regions that you can immediately tap into.
skills:
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a deep understanding of alternative investments, particularly in the DeFi and TradFi spaces.
knowledge:
Familiarity with the unique investment landscape and regulatory environment of the GCC and MENA regions.
location:
Based in any GCC or MENA country, with the ability to travel as required.
other:
Ability to work remotely while attending occasional in-office meetings or events.
